Our Programs & Classes

Members of a women's gym have many reasons for their interest in this type of facility. Some are drawn to the physical fitness or weight-loss advantages. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives.

Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Total Woman Health Studio offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.

 

Dance Fit
A low impact aerobic dance class with choreographed routines. The class also includes toning exercises for the upper & lower body using bands and dumbbell weights.

Therapy Stretch
A 30 minute class that focuses on stretches for the neck, back & spine. It also incorporates the foam roller for core strengthening exercises. This class with stretch every muscle from your head to your toes.

Extreme Training*
This class is for the experienced exercisers. Each class is a different workout. The class will always have cardio mixed with free weights or body weight exercises and core strengthening exercises. $10/class

Functional Training*
This class is set up as a circuit. It includes a combination of exercises which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Each class includes cardio, weights and core exercises. Some of the equipment that is used: Battling ropes, TRX, Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, BOSU, & agility ladders. $10 per class

Cardio Flex
A class that focuses on muscle definition by doing high repetitions. This class will work every muscle in the body along with cardio routines to make it a complete workout.

Silver Fit
This class is great for people that are just starting to exercise, are returning from an injury or just need a class to increase their overall fitness. The class includes a 20 minute very low impact aerobics followed by 15 minutes of toning exercises using exercise bands & dumbbell weights and ending with 10 minutes of exercises to improve balance & flexibility.
